VILLAGE BISTRO COOKING CLASS
On August 19, Village Bistro will be hosting it's first fresh Mozzarella Class from 4:00p ~ 5:00p. For $30 per person, you'll learn how to make Bistro's most popular pulled mozzarella appetizer. Chef Andrew will discuss where the process is from, what curds are better and how to produce amazing, smooth mozzarella step by step. Each person will be taking home there finished product.
